During a Storm:
Dispatch at 5 cm: We will dispatch our team once snow accumulation reaches 5 cm. You will receive a text notification approximately 15 minutes before our arrival, thanks to our GPS tracking software, so you know exactly when to expect us.
1st Pass:
- We will clear a path as wide as the snow blades from around your vehicles to ensure access.
3rd Pass:
- If the snow continues to fall, we will repeat the clearing process to keep your driveway accessible.
2nd Pass:
- We will remove the snowbanks left by the city at the end of your driveway.
Final Cleanup:
- Once the storm has passed, and depending on the time of day, we will begin our final cleanup.
